Mango Smoothie Recipe

Mango Smoothie

When South Florida gives you mangos…make Mango Smoothies! This easy Mango Smoothie recipe starts with frozen chopped mangos, so no matter where you live, you can enjoy this tropical treat.

If you live in South Florida, and you have more mangos than you can possibly eat, share with neighbors or take to the office…start chopping and freezing! Not raining mangos in your neighborhood? No worries, there’s a bag of frozen chopped mango waiting for you in your grocer’s freezer.

Mango Smoothie Recipe

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mango (frozen, chopped)
  • 1/2 cup milk (any type – cow’s milk, almond milk, soy milk, cashew milk)
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt or vanilla yogurt (Greek or regular yogurt, your choice)
  • honey to taste (if you use vanilla yogurt, you likely won’t need any honey)

Directions:

  1. Place frozen chopped mango in a blender*
  2. Add milk & yogurt
  3. Blend until smooth
  4. Add honey to taste and blend until smooth

*Note: I prefer to use an immersion blender because they’re small, efficient and less to clean-up.

Now take a sip and think about beautiful, sunny, tropical West Palm Beach!
