What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel for any reason and get a full refund up to 24 hours prior to your tour.What do we do in case of bad weather?
Our tours run rain or shine — South Florida showers tend to blow through fast, so if one pops up, we simply pause and wait it out together inside a restaurant, then carry on. Come prepared with an umbrella or raincoat, or we’ll hand you a poncho and keep the tour moving. Cancellations are rare, but in the unlikely event severe weather forces one, we’ll reschedule your tour or refund you.What if I have dietary restrictions?
We can accommodate most dietary restrictions with advanced notice. When booking your tour, you’ll be asked to list your food allergies or restrictions.Is there parking available?
Parking is available, and parking details will be included on your tickets.Are children allowed?
Children 6 and under do not require a ticket and are welcome to share your food. This is a family-friendly tour.How much walking is involved?
