Kristl’s Carrot Cake Recipe

I perfected this carrot cake recipe over 30 years ago, and it’s been a birthday tradition ever since. My husband makes it for me every year, and I love baking it for my friends on their birthdays too—hence the name Kristl’s Birthday Carrot Cake!
